ProNav Technical Support Information


For technical support on your ProNav PNN-200 please refer to the support information card included within the box.

It is important to remember that most problems are corrected by referring to the user manual or by soft resetting your navigation system. The reset button is located at the rear of your ProNav and to reset the system, gently press the button using the stylus and the system will restart.

Free 2009 Mapping and Transport Data Updates**

During 2009 Navevo will be making new mapping and transport data updates available to all our ProNav customers to ensure that your ProNav is kept up to date with new roads and road restrictions like bridge heights.

Updates will be free of charge and be available approximately at the end of every quarter throughout 2009 to download from the ProNav website. For a small fee of £4.99 (to cover processing, postage and packing) you can also opt to receive the update on CDROM. Details about purchasing the update on CDROM will be provided on the ProNav website at the time the update is made available to download. To receive your free map and transport updates, just register for safety cameras and we will then notify you automatically by email when an update is available for you to download. That's it, nice and simple!

ProNav is being continually developed and whenever possible we will make software upgrades available to you free of charge** so you can get the most out of your ProNav system. We recommend that you download and install upgrades as soon as they become available.

Calls charged at 5 pence per minute. Call centre open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Saturday 10am to 6pm. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
